White House National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications, John Kirby, previously pledged that Iran would be limited on how they could use the $6 billion in funds we gave them through the Qatari bank. Iran has made withdrawals of the funds, and today John Kirby was asked what Iran is doing with that money. Here is his response:
